This mandu showcases stir-fried vegetables seasoned the Korean way, wrapped in thin golden steamed dough. A delicate, balanced vegetarian bite where umami lifts every flavor to life.
Cook from frozen. do not thaw.
FRYING PAN, half steam: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat and place the mandu in it. Brown on one side for 2 minutes then add 3 tbsp of water and cover for 4 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for 1 minute.
FRYING PAN, Korean style (recommended): Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat, add the mandu and cook for 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
MICROWAVE: Put the still-frozen mandu on a plate and reheat 3 minutes 30 at 900W*.
*Microwave cooking times may vary depending on wattage.
